We assist buyers and sellers of single family homes, condos and town houses within all price ranges. Started by brothers-in-law Randy and Andy in 2009, Silver Platter Realty, Inc. still maintains the family feel that has been critical to its success since its founding. When we started in 2009, our focus was on individuals with little to no real estate experience and “mom and pop” investors looking to start or grow their family’s wealth. We don’t come from families with generational wealth or vast real estate experience so we know the hurdles, whether technical or emotional, our clients face.

While the growth we’ve experienced would push some to focus on “larger” clients, we remain focused on our core clients. We believe the “small guy” should have access to the same top-quality professional services as the big investors. Just about everyone knows and is probably related to a real estate agent, so we know that having a license isn’t what sets us apart. Our broad knowledge and experience applied to each our clients’ unique needs is what earns us repeat business and referrals from our clients as well as the praise of our cohorts on the other side of our transactions.
